• “Not Valid for Travel.” Can I receive a PDF with the QR code for my ticket?

  When your ticket shows the status “Not Valid for Travel”, it means it corresponds to a regional train or a fare that does not require a seat reservation. In these cases, the ticket allows you to travel on any valid train for the indicated date, without a seat assignment, and it becomes valid once it is stamped or validated at the station.

  It is not possible to issue a PDF with a QR code for this type of ticket, as its format and validation are defined by the rail operator. You must carry your ticket in the original format received and validate it before starting your journey according to the operator’s instructions.
